Making #homeownership more accessible and affordable for American consumers is one of the biggest challenges we face today. When it comes to opening up new opportunities @Equifax believes that more data drives better decisions. That’s particularly true for GenZ — a generation who are continuing to build their credit participation. To responsibly expand access to credit and help more people achieve the #AmericanDream, creating a fuller financial picture for those younger consumers, those who are new to credit, or those with “thin” files, is critical to mortgage lending. We are powering the next generation of mortgage lending by offering unparalleled visibility into consumer financial health, including those newer to credit … continuing to drive new value to our customers with unique alternative data attributes delivered alongside every Equifax Consumer Credit Report in the mortgage market at $0 added cost. We are the only Nationwide Consumer Reporting Agency delivering this alternative data — information not included in traditional credit reports that can help to create a fuller financial picture — alongside our consumer credit reports at no additional cost to lenders. This includes Telco, Pay TV, and Utilities attributes … insights that can only be used to help consumers obtain a mortgage loan. Underscoring our commitment to driving greater financial visibility into consumers looking to purchase a home, #OnlyEFX empowers lenders by delivering early employment status indicators during prequalification via the TWN Report Indicator at $0 added cost. Delivering this unique solution with the EFX credit report at no additional cost enables our customers to instantly view whether an employment record for an applicant is available on The Work Number database, making the lending process easier for lenders and applicants alike. We also continue to offer VantageScore 4.0 mortgage credit scores for $1.00 — which uses trended and alternative data to help score millions more adults — putting the mortgage industry on a path toward ~$1 billion in total savings to consumers and the industry, and helping enable greater mainstream financial opportunities for more people. The greater visibility we provide can help open new #homeownership opportunities for millions of Americans and makes underwriting faster, more complete, less expensive, fairer, and more seamless for consumers. #NewEFX

Making the dream of #homeownership more accessible and affordable for American families is one of the most critical challenges facing our industry today and @Equifax is deeply committed to helping more people achieve the #AmericanDream. We applaud @FHFA Director Bill Pulte and @HUDgov Secretary Scott Turner on their landmark @VantageScore activation decisions. Their leadership in enabling VantageScore 4.0 for home loan underwriting is a big, transformative milestone that moves us directly toward broader financial inclusion, affordability, and home accessibility. Importantly, this shift will drive immediate cost savings for both lenders and home buyers. Legacy, 3rd party credit score costs have surged by 1,800% since 2020 – fees that account for nearly half of total credit report costs. EFX is offering VantageScore 4.0 mortgage credit scores for $1.00, delivering an immediate 45% cost savings over legacy score fees and putting the mortgage industry on a path toward ~$1 billion in total savings to consumers and the mortgage industry. More data drives better decisions and beyond cost savings, VantageScore 4.0 can provide lenders with a more accurate, nuanced view of borrower creditworthiness, allowing millions of creditworthy Americans to be scored fairly and transparently, while supporting the safety and soundness of the housing market. That’s because VantageScore 4.0’s use of trended data goes beyond a single financial snapshot, analyzing historical borrowing and payment behaviors over time. It’s time for the industry to embrace the modern scoring system that the FHFA and @FHAgov have made possible. EFX has invested heavily alongside our industry platform partners to ensure lenders can operationalize VantageScore for both cost savings and stronger data-driven decisioning today. bit.ly/46V1OlI

Energized to announce that @Equifax has signed a definitive agreement to acquire @CDC_Mex - the fastest-growing credit bureau in Mexico and the only Mexican credit bureau currently operating both consumer and commercial credit bureau services - for an enterprise value of $750M. An exciting new global chapter for both EFX and Círculo customers! Mexico is the 2nd largest economy in LATAM and one of the fastest-growing credit markets globally. Consumer credit growth in Mexico is expected to be driven by expanded access to credit, financial inclusion and digitization, and Círculo has been a first-mover in the market with the market’s broadest data set and innovative solutions. Their unique market position has delivered very strong financial results, with very strong LTM revenue growth of 31% led by their unique alternative data including gig-economy transactions and utility and telco payment history delivering very strong 46% Adjusted EBITDA margins. Circulo’s strong top and bottom line are highly accretive to our 7-10% LT Growth Framework and we expect the acquisition to be accretive to EFX Adjusted EPS in year 1. This alternative data can responsibly expand access to credit and support a more inclusive economy, critical in a country where 25% of the population is without access to formal financial products. This acquisition is aligned with our strategy to reinvest our strong free cash flow in accretive and strategic acquisitions to strengthen EFX and deliver shareholder returns. Círculo will be our 17th bolt-on acquisition in 6 years, totaling ~$5B in investments. We have a proven track record of integrating these acquired businesses, like our recent acquisition of Boa Vista Serviços in Brazil. We expect the Círculo de Crédito acquisition to be completed in 4Q 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory review and approval, and look forward to welcoming Círculo CEO Juan Manuel Ruiz Palmieri and the company’s 280 employees to the EFX team! #NewEFX LINK: investor.equifax.com/news-events/pr…

We applaud Federal Housing Finance Agency Director @pulte, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary @SecretaryTurner for their landmark decision to permit the use of VantageScore 4.0 and FICO 10T as eligible credit scoring models for FHA-insured #mortgage underwriting, and for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to immediately accept VantageScore-scored loans from approved lenders. This announcement promotes credit score competition and helps to deliver a potential $1 Billion in industry and consumer cost savings. @Equifax is deeply committed to helping more people achieve the #AmericanDream of #homeownership. We believe that more data drives better decisions, and VantageScore 4.0 gives lenders a highly predictive view of a consumer’s financial profile that leverages trended and alternative data to help identify qualified borrowers with "thin" credit files, often including new borrowers and younger Americans, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and soundness. With today’s announcement Director Pulte and Secretary Turner have taken vital leadership in modernizing the mortgage industry, reducing loan acquisition costs for consumers, and opening up new homeownership opportunities for millions of Americans. fhfa.gov/news/news-rele…
