Bitakwatine Mark @markbita2

WE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR KIZITO. 🕯️💔 Kizito was not a criminal. He was a father of five. A husband. A human being with a family depending on him. According to his family, Kizito was rushing to find his pregnant wife, who was in pain. It was around 6:50 a.m., just minutes before the 7:00 a.m. cleaning exercise. He reportedly tried to explain his situation to the officers, but instead of being heard, he was shot from behind and killed by our hardworking officers for failing to clean 😥. A life was taken. A family was shattered. Five children have been left without their father. A pregnant woman was left without her husband. Dear @PoliceUg, who will raise Kizito’s five children? Who will explain to them why their father never came home? Who will answer for the life that was taken?

Here is message @mwafrika_nana Free my man! Respect his right to health and life. Judge Baguma @KagutaMuseveni

After this post, many kind Ugandans reached out and said they want to add to this contribution to Sam Mugunga’s 83 year old mother. As we speak, I have received about 1.1M so far. I told her a while ago that more people are contributing for us to look after her as we also fight for the release of her son. She said, “do you know, I had thought I won’t survive this year? Because I have been tested to the point of failing to buy a kg of potatoes. I have lost so much weight and I was telling a person who was recently asking me why I have lost weight that it is because of hunger. But I didn’t know that God was watching and waiting to intervene at the right moment…” (I wish I was saying this in runyankore so that it doesn’t lose its real emotion).. anyway, I told her I will send what I will have collected by the end of tomorrow so if there are more people who want to contribute, you can please send to 0776462727🙏🙏

Yesterday, a very kind, generous Ugandan sent me money to pass on to Sam Mugumya’s mother. She said, “I know it can’t bring back her son but maybe it can buy her the salt or sugar that her son would have bought her”. Before I sent it I first called Sam’s mother. She always calls

The more Gen. @mkainerugaba gets closer to Uganda's Presidency the brighter his close allies are becoming @ChrisOMagezi Sir, Afande Chris.... accept me in your office when I fly back to the Pearl of Africa soon. On behalf of the entire PLU Mobilisation team USA, we have a lot to learn from you and your office.

Open Apology Brief to The CDF Dear Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba (@mkainerugaba), My name is Stanley Ndawula, a lowly journalist in Uganda and a food vender who, obviously is little known in your circles and one who doesn’t deserve your attention even for a second. However, I’m left without any option than seeking your attention. Today, I labored to write an open letter to you but failed to post it at every attempt I tried, for I guess you have no time to read an 800word piece from someone you don’t even know. I’m here to plead for our own, Ndugu Gideon Tugume who, today made 11days in a custody yet unknown to any of us and his family. I personally believe that your anger was, and still is justified. No body would joke about one’s paternity. I too wouldn’t stand such. However, we know you as a leader with a good and forgiving heart when you choose to. Whether Gideon is still alive or dead (the latter because he was depending on self-injectable insulin which he wasn’t allowed to carry with him), we still seek your mercy. Lastly, Tugume has been a supporter of your Operation Maliza Usadi, save for a few previous episodes he jumped out of his professional line. I’m hereby taking collective responsibility to apologize to you Sir, on behalf of his family, his friends and colleagues at work. We may not pledge anything on his behalf but we promise to watch him well if he’s given another chance to freedom. We so pray, Sir. For God and My Country Yours Faithfully Stanley Ndawula

The road to prosperity starts in your mind. No one can rise to greatness unless one dreams it first Our mind is a potent force which only needs to be triggered, and once directed towards the desired destination, it can drive us there. Nothing is ever too big, if adequate strategies and plans are drawn and implemented. #WorkAndProsper
