#Memoir routine: 0 screens, fone off. Over coffee, read something better than I could do (Dante). Meditate 30-40 min. Pray for truth. Write on a treadmill desk @ 2 mph 75-90 mins. Yogurt and walnuts. Repeat 60-90 mins. Stretch, lunch w/ NYTimes 30 mn. Write 60-90 or print+edit.
