Poor and pathetic service & reponse by @SamsungIndia. Lodged compliant twice in 2 days & both time rejected by thr engineer without even contacting me. No customer service standards maintained.Even thr call centre seniors r not avble in offc to take calls.

I know @goibibo you cant resolve this issue same as earlier issues. Please dont fool customers..But i need this issue to be fixed and need my flight ticket confirmed again cancelled by ur staff only !!!!
