In-person pick up wins! The indifferent manager I spoke to said “I guess our phones are messed up. I’ll call IT,” after she heard IVR prompt me to dial for curbside pickup. “It ain’t blinking.” This is why it’s worth the wait for a Prime delivery, @Lowes.

This only works if someone answers the phone. And if you happen to dial the right extension. “4140” gets you to appliances, and they aren’t picking up the phone, either. Guess I’ll try to make it work by going inside, @Lowes

Maintaining my Elite spend level is difficult when I have to walk the store to find a @belk associate to make my purchase. Also, bad form to be discussing applying for another job on the phone while I’m trying to check out. Not good, @belk, not good.
