Last night's looting in Boston was shameful. Conflating looters & peaceful protestors is doubly shameful. I saw the protestors while walking through the city yesterday. I saw the looters while defending a friend's business on Newbury St last night. They were not the same.

As a software design pattern, whenever a FactoryFactory (factory of factories) is necessitated, I consistently call them Providers. I find that others—including my future self—understand this clearly and with minimal cognition. #FactoryProvider

Been writing python3 code with type annotations, dependency injection (injector), and static type checking (mypy) for over a year now. It's some of the cleanest, well-tested, and easy to understand code I've ever written. Give all three a try in 2019 if you're writing python.
