Whatever happens today, this series with India has been unbelievable drama. Probably best in quality and passion I can remember. Whilst there’s been controversy & both teams overstepped, it has added to a brilliant summer. Siraj has nothing, but this countries respect. #ENGvINDIA

Super pleased for Newcastle. Their fans deserve it, as do their players. Can’t help feeling jealous of a team that turned up when it mattered. Kane, Son, Lloris all need to watch that performance to understand why they never won more in their careers.

It’s never the referee though. It’s always some idiot in the VAR studio. These refs need to stand up for themselves, and when they watch something like that on screen, tell them to piss off.

No idea about Postecoglou. Hope he’s good, and not a mistake. What I do know is that this process has been slow & disastrous. Sitting 4th when Conte left, appointing two interims, then dropping to eighth. This must be Levy’s last gamble. He must fall on his sword if this fails.
