Cleveland has great bones on which we can orient to transit: by pairing updated land use rules with mobility enhancements, we make it possible to reactivate and thrive within these spaces. This is our focus on TOD, and it's even more about reusing existing space as building new.
Transportation Demand Management, or TDM, will enable us to provide equity in transportation choice: instead of having to build parking, businesses and properties can build what they need. What they must do is provide for those walking, rolling, biking, and using transit.
@mattm178 x.com/mattm178/statu… I am happy to hear you say this - #TRANSIT+#TRAILS = greater #mobility which I have been saying for years now - @steven_litt NEO has for too long ignored @GCRTA #SS4A @anniecpease @calleymersmann pls also address @GreyhoundBus and need for transit hubs
