Judges who release accused criminals on bail should be held responsible for crimes they commit while out on bail. They need skin in the game. They are accessories to crime; aiding & abetting. Judges must think good & hard before handing out get out of jail free cards.

I don’t understand (yet) why childless politicians are so deeply corrupt. If they were trying to establish a family dynasty, I could understand consolidating money & power—the next gen needs it. But without heirs, who gets the money & power upon death? Why?

I expect a housing market correction. I cannot convince my wife to sell now, move into a rental, & then buy in 2027/28. I wonder what I’ll think looking back at this post years from now. (BTW I have an RE license. I’m not an expert, but more aware than general population.)

I’m was going to post that I didn’t sign up for this. However, I did when I chose to make AZ home. I used to work outside in this weather. I don’t know how I did it except I was young and a lot tougher than I am now.

Make student loans forgivable again. This would make lenders more careful about who they lend money to and what major the borrowers studies. Let the market determine what schooling is worth investing in and what is not.

We need a dedicated Catholic teachers college. Catholic school teachers are trained by programs intended to indoctrinate public school students. Public school mentality owns Catholic schools and the teachers, parents, and students don’t realize it.
