if i wanted to do an character dot ai clone i would do this: 1. Pull Mistral-NeMo-12B. 2. Scrape 5-50k lines of canon dialogue. 3. LoRA fine-tune r=32, 2 epochs, 4-bit. 4. Export 100MB adapter → GGUF → Ollama. 5. Prompt: “You are Yae Miko…” 6. HTML for the frontend.
