@evbox @covestro Commiting to delivering your audited 2020 financial statements to @tpg and complete the merger and begin trading on the NYE Stock Exchange would also be most welcome please so your investors can try and recoup their lost thousands! £££

@evbox @ENGIEgroup @evbox @tpg for the sake of your investors and everyone concerned please but all your resources into submitting your audited financials and finishing this merger. Do you actually have a competant finance dept?!

@evbox As a company who claims to be at the forefront of innovation and technology, its incomprehensible to me that we are nearly in 2022 and you cannot provide your audited 2020 statements to @tpg ! This, in my opinion, is gross negligence playing out in full view of the world.

@evbox Your image, reputation and growth prospects have been damaged significantly by your inability to provide @tpg with your audited financials. @ENGIEgroup you should be ashamed of yourself and your finance dept😡as a significant shareholder this is a living nightmare for investors.

@matthewkockx @evbox The deal will go through, both sides will not have wasted the last year for nothing and its in everyones interests that the deal goes through, both investors and evbox to avoid a hefty fine and get the financial injection to help expand their business.
