just goes to show that this injury is nothing compared to your mental strength and your will to keep going
danced without a brace for this past week for the first time in 10 months 💪
...and injures herself further she'll be out the same way except for longer
Which makes all of no sense because if she gets it checked out and finds out there's something wrong, she'll be out but if she doesn't...
One of the officers on my drill team thinks she sprained her meniscus but doesn't want 2 get it checked out bc she doesn't want 2 sit out
I want to start dancing without my brace again...
I'm slowly accepting that my knee is just always going to look/be swollen no matter what
Ugh today in practice I'm like 85% sure I took my shoulder out of its socket... Anybody ever done this??
This guy in my French class tore his ACL, MCL, AND his meniscus... He had surgery on Thursday and is at school today 😱😱😱 like go home!!!

This makes me lean more towards wanting to major in sports medicine or physical therapy!
Any suggestions?? I'm wrapping her knee tomorrow and lending her one of my braces I don't use anymore
I'm trying to help her identify her pain level and see if it's swollen or if there's any sinovial fluid released inside her knee
My friend thinks she messed up her knee in dance 😰
