When I was in OBGYN residency 20+ years ago, we were trained extensively in fertility. IVF was a thing, but it was more of a "last resort" thing. Now, I see most doctors do no fertility work at all or very basic things & then the patient gets handed a brochure for IVF. Exceptions…
