Bought a house. Took a 2 hour nap just to make sure I wasn’t growing up too much and still had a vague sense of incompetence about me.

Voting in the @triplej #hottest100 is the most stressful thing that I’ve done in 2018. I’m retiring.

My top festive lessons for 2017: 1. Take Dec 27-29th off work 2. Don’t have junkies break into your car and steal your work laptop 3. Don’t get hideously drunk on the 26th when you start work at 6.30am on the 27th. I have failed at all 3 #MerryChristmasEveryone

There’s a dubstep version of The Fugees, Ready or Not at the Christmas Party and the answer is no.

This afternoon I got into my new assistants car and she was blasting Pogo by Digitalism and I am so in love with her already.

Neighbour: please turn down your music Me: oh no I can’t do that, it’s Tears for Fears. Head over Heels is the most perfect pop song ever made. Neighbour: I concur, please turn it up louder.

Today my best mate told me that he got his dream job and I have never cried such pure, wholesome tears of joy.

Don’t be stupid Mel, this guys name was Jack Bauer... Like is this a joke? Are you trolling me? Is the internet trolling you? Can’t form words. Too confused and outraged.

My boyfriend just told me about an article he read about this guy who found out he was dying and killed 300 people. I was like wow, that kind of sounds like what happened in an episode 24.

I used to feel embarrassed and ashamed when men would stare at me in public, especially on PT. Now I just stare back and I don’t know when I got so brave but fuck ya.

Fuck all this “it’s a dangerous time to be a man” bullshit. Have you been a creepy piece of shit in the past? Yes? Then you’re going the fuck down. No? Congrats. Just keep worrying about heart disease and shut the fuck up.
