@PrimeVideo I have been struggling since hours to have my fire tv working. I am based in Singapore and have a US Prime account. I can have access to the whole content on my phone, on my Imac but not on my TV. Please help. I subscribed to Prime only for this reason.

@British_Airways Hi Claire can you help me to find a solution ? I don’t understand why I should be penalised since I got confirmation several times from your staff that everything was done to get my points on @cathaypacific

@British_Airways Yes unfortunately they have been credited but I asked them at the checking counter and twice they confirmed that they will be credited on my asia miles account. Can’t we revert this. This is really frustrating since they confirmed the necessary was done

Frustated with BA... flight delayed from Paris and even if I could make the connection they put me on the next flight in 4 hours. Of course now I have a middle seat and a voucher of 10£ ! Woaw ! That’s disappointing. @British_Airways next time will go with @VirginAtlantic
