Today we had 3 consecutive 'unfilled' blocks with at least 25% unused blockspace. The last time that happened was block 786635 on 2023-04-23
Approximately 60% of bitcoin blocks mined since the last halving merge mined other chains. That's down from a peak of 96% in April 2020. For our latest report @OrangeSurfBTC analysed which merge mining schemes are in use, and which miners are using them. 👇
