Amber Heard’s GUILTY Verdict is a win for all men who have been wrongfully accused of sexual assault. Johnny Depp didn’t just do this for himself, he did it for mankind.
Our emotions are valid! They deserve acknowledgement! As men we feel and should not be ridiculed or demonised when we express emotion.
Our actions that may follow, may not be right but we must be willing to take responsibility and admit our mistakes despite how we may have felt in the moment. We may have to apologise for our actions but must NEVER apologise for how we felt!
As men managing our emotions is a daily challenge. They are times, moments when people will push us over the edge. In those moments, we must muster up the deepest courage, deepest convictions and act appropriately.
