Question. Do you guys take a laxative before or after you eat ? Personally I do it before 😂
i feel like im going to be sick i hate my body so much i am so tired of this
The scale says I haven’t gained so why tf do I feel heavier. I literally feel my skin on my body and I want to cry.
Five days into my seven day fast. So proud I haven’t gave in.
Smokes are the only thing calming my cravings 😩 downside I’m smoking like half a pack a day.
So I ended up not going to Father’s Day breakfast :/
My family is going out for breakfast for Father’s Day and I haven’t broken my fast. I don’t want to. But I also don’t want to miss this time with them.
Weighed myself after one month and 2 weeks. Went from 175 lbs to 147. Only 47 more pounds until my GW.
I wish I could stop all these thoughts from creeping in. The only time I catch a break is when I’m sleeping and sleep is the hardest thing to come to me lately.
Everything in this life is fake. Even the love of those we trust.
I’ve been drinking dieting teas and I feel so much less bloated 🥲
I used to feel so guilty when I felt good about my cousins getting fat. Then I remember they used to be skinny and make fun of me for being bigger so 🤷♀️who’s fat now ?
