My fitness goals are things like: improve my cardio-vascular function to get my resting heart rate be as close to 40 as possible. Instead of something crucial like cutting out processed food and sugar lmao

@crowdbooing Ok this was my goal for a loooong time too I never got that low. But on the flip side, one time during a Dodger playoff game my heart rate was up to 79 lol.
