Caitlin Clark, I'm so sorry. Today I was part of the problem. indystar.com/story/sports/c…
@GreggDoyelStar @1410Kinner Nothing says, "I'm sorry," like making us click on your column so you can get clicks.
@midmajorball @GreggDoyelStar @1410Kinner Media members are ineligible for payment on Twitter. So unless he gets paid by his employer per hit, this doesn't apply.
@midmajorball @GreggDoyelStar @1410Kinner I mean, he said sorry here and then posted a more in depth answer on how he screwed up through his regular medium. What else would you like him to do? The guy is a beat writer. He screwed up and genuinely seems to realize it. He sees there was an issue and wants to be better.
@midmajorball @GreggDoyelStar @1410Kinner Yes. I went to the Indy Star site and couldn't find this in the sports section so reluctantly clicked to see the columns, but nothing there. (And all that comes to mind is, "Doyel are no Robin Miller.")
@midmajorball @GreggDoyelStar @1410Kinner Do you want him to hire a skywriter?
@midmajorball @GreggDoyelStar @1410Kinner I actually think this guy is just trying to take full ownership of his mishap. In the end, we are all humans, and maybe her aura was too bright at the moment and he's just that much of a fan.
@midmajorball @GreggDoyelStar @1410Kinner What’s the purpose of this except to drive your own traffic?
