My take on the @Pear_Tx bankruptcy filing: (1) There is still a viable business in Pear’s approved products and patient care platform, if structured/offshored appropriately. (2) New DTx co’s shouldn’t seek FDA approval. Rather, use digital tools to augment provider services.

⁦⁦@UpToDate⁩ still looks out of date … ⁦@US_FDA⁩ has approved almost a dozen prescription #digitaltherapeutics. Yet today’s search again retrieves no information on any of these treatments. Even a search of ‘digital’ only retrieves rectal exams 😩and clubbing 👀
