Delayed flight to LA #ba269. Stuck at LHR for 28 hours now. Best service so far - @SofitelLondonSJ at T5. Amazing staff. @bookingcom - v helpful trying to fix LA accom and car hire. @British_Airways - can’t even comment as no staff and no comms. Disgraceful. #BritishAirways
