@mind_health1 Dealing with issues that are within my control. Being emotionally and socially aware to avoid situations that would jeopardize my peace of mind. Lastly, being self compasionate especially during negative situations like stressed, financial loss, disappointment etc
For me it means listening to how my body feels at certain environment, with certain people etc. It is also about self regulation practices; journaling, taking strolls and not missing my two quarterly therapy sessions.
