@OmarAbdullah @narendramodi Look, Omar Abdullah is trying to curry favor with the central government, probably to get funds. But this is nothing new. Kashmiri Pandits should be rehabilitated, given a secure boundary, and their lands returned to them so that Kashmir can truly be Kashmir.
