As a result of their errors I will not have data for this month even though I have paid according to their instructions. I have sent proof of smses and payments made to MtnX without any success. I am a 79 year old pensioner who relies on data to make calls. Any one help!!Please

When I received my statement an amount of R470.40 was I owed. I paid in R50.00 to cover the shortfall. My data was suspended due to "non-payment". The statement does not reflect the R440.50 I paid. I was told that it was placed in my primary account for my phone. 2

Mtn.za I recently took a month to month data contract with mtn. The arrangement was for me to pay cash each month to prevent further fraud on my bank account which happened last year. I received sms confirmation of my payment on 26.03.24. 1.
