Bingo. And the new usage stats from ChatGPT show that coding queries only make up less than 5% of chats. Where are the specialized tools for everything else, like tutoring (a top use case)? I suspect we’ll start to see more specialized LLM tools in the coming years.

I’ve given n8n a shot, and my takeaway is that it’s good for very simple workflows, but gets too difficult to work with for anything complex (>3 steps and 2 tools).
In a categorically new tech wave like AI, your first users are tinkerers. That means there’s value in making sure your core features have new tech wow factor: it earns you testers, proof of concept deals, and a path to finding a niche product market fit.
Most ChatGPT “wrappers” fail because a 1.2× improvement is a coat of paint. People switch for ~10x improvements. If default ChatGPT still feels “good enough,” your product won’t break the habit of just “chatgpting” it.

When you ask people in companies who are "using AI," what they use AI for, they seem to mostly be summarizing meetings/documents and helping with minor writing tasks. AI adoption is quite high, but a lot of users don't take advantage of what these systems are capable of doing.
