I have the urge to sue @progressive for false advertising. Their ads make it look so easy to get the info you need but it's impossible. Even after an hour on the phone still can't get the info. Y'all are so exhausting if I wasn't already paid in full I'd cancel mid-term.

Business website has a form you can fill out to receive a quote via email. So ya spend 15 minutes filling out the form. The email they send? Says "call us". Now ya gotta waste a bunch of time on the phone giving the same info. When did this level of dumb become normal?

OMG still waiting for a @FedEx pkg. Should have been delivered 28june but they're holding it hostage at the warehouse, failing to put it in the truck & posting delivery exceptions claiming I'm not home. They keep lying about when it will be delivered & pushing it to the next day

I've been waiting for a @FedEx delivery since Saturday. They keep posting delivery exceptions claiming I'm not home but never leave a doortag. There's no way to file a written complaint. I've been forced to call twice only to be lied to. Will the lazy jerks deliver it today?

The employees at the @HomeDepot equipment rental counter need some training! Seriously, they argued with me about using my Home Depot Credit Card, tried to argue with Citi bank, & refused to follow the instructions on the extended financing offer mailed to me by Home Depot. 🤬

6mos ago I needed a couple drops of @GorillaGlue, searched the stores & bought the smallest bottle I could find - 5oz. Today I once again need a couple small drops of @GorillaGlue but the bottle has dried up. A 0.017oz tube would be the perfect amount. Why isn't this a thing?

I think I'm going to have to start billing @astoundconnects for my lost work time. Tonight is the 2nd time in 7 days I've been down for multiple hours AND I have to wait more than 18 hours for a tech to show up and say "you're right, it's not the modem".
