Alarming update from Physicians for Human Rights: Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya reports continued severe beatings in Israeli detention, including on sensitive areas of his body, with hands, boots and batons, alongside deliberate sleep deprivation and threats not to disclose his detention conditions to his lawyer. Despite his deteriorating health and recent transfer to the Ramla Prison medical facility, Israeli authorities continue to obstruct access to an independent physician. Abu Safiya has been held without charge or trial since December 2024.

The IDF has admitted that Lt Roy Oryon of the Golani Brigade fired on a convoy of ambulances killing 15 medics & rescue workers, they then bulldozed the bodies & the crushed vehicles into the sand. On Sunday he will be given @nswpolice protection to run the Sydney Marathon.
