@BryceWGarcia The guests with discounts are reliably the worst. Weirdly, the guests that pay premiums are overwhelmingly the easiest.

As an @Airbnb host, I've stuck with + and - decisions the company made. To fix the cleaning issue we need to bring economy of scale. Add a cleaner marketplace for hosts and provide cleaners a way to find gigs. Clean rating gets attached to both parties. @bchesky

@LoganARobison Airbnb NEEDS to start a cleaner marketplace. Cleaning ratings would get attached to the cleaners as well as the host. Hosts can't beat hotels with economy of scale but if cleaners could go in and schedule their week out via the marketplace, rates would be forced down.

@spencer Man, the days of "Project Highrise" and empty promises from KRO. I love that you're taking the socks over and making it your own, it's cool to see.

@TeslaFamilyChan @DesertCybeast @aelluswamy @wholemars Mine goes to high automatically when I turn onto a specific road, lowers when I'm off it, so I know it works. It lowers at home. Try pressing it while you're driving a few houses down from yours and see if it saves.

@TeslaFamilyChan @DesertCybeast @aelluswamy @wholemars You can. Just lower it when you arrive and hit save when the pop-up appears. When it appears is finicky on my end but it works.

@MikeJY1984 @veefriends I respect Gary has continued working through the bear market, but when the success of the project relies on the community putting money in as they pump more "collectibles" out again and again it feels like 90s baseball cards. I wish him the best but had to sideline myself.

Tired of looking for storage solutions? I came across VAULT the other day and it's absolutely insane. Based off gridfinity it will solve all my storage needs for my woodworking and makerlab. Best of all? You can 3D print it at home, infinitely expandable, based on gridfinity
