When you approach trading with a probabilistic view, you'll automatically see the necessity of making it about the long haul. You'll see the absurdity of being thrilled over short term winning trades or, conversely, depressed over short term losing trades.

For me, the greatest success came when I finally decided to forget about the money and concentrate on being the best trader I could be. Then the money followed. Concentrate on being the best you can be, and the money will follow. The main thing is to let your passion drive you.
