In the two major Medicaid fraud cases I’m aware charged by the State of Minnesota: 1) The judge outright overturned the conviction. 2) The judge allowed the defendant to keep their passport after release, and they fled the country. Something is seriously wrong in Minnesota.

Why does it matter what happened prior to him becoming so aggressive?? They are Federal Agents, stay out of their way. Observe and record. If you spit at them and then damage their vehicle, you are 100% in the wrong. That said, agree this encounter has nothing to do with the shooting.
