One YEAR ago @Ford recalled my EV and gave me two options: 1) Do not charge or 2) Risk burning down my house if I do. One YEAR later, I have the same two options! No fix in sight!! Do better @Ford!

@jenzfc Much better customer service response and owning a problem - congrats to Rivian! Compare/contrast that to @Ford where I have not been able to charge my EV for a FULL YEAR now due to a recall (risk of fire if I try to charge). Response from @Ford..... #crickets

Ford Motor Company - I have now waited a YEAR and still cannot charge my Fusion Hybrid per your recall. How much longer do I need to wait? Who can help me answer that question? Is this typical of Ford EV products? Typical timeline for a fix? Seems like an awful long time!

When is an EV not an EV? When 11 months ago @Ford recalls your vehicle and tells you not to charge it or risk a house fire. No fix in sight and have not been able to charge my EV for almost a year!! Need to do better @Ford! An EV you cannot charge is not an EV!!

Is it time for a class-action lawsuit for the @Ford Fusion Energi. Been waiting almost a full year without being able to charge my vehicle (or risk house fire) and there is no fix in sight. #lemonlaw #classaction

Awful quality issues and worse customer experience issues my @Ford vehicles in past year. 1) they refuse to honor their warranty on a 6 month old vehicle. 2) been waiting over 8 months (and counting) to charge my EV (or risk fire). 35 years of buying only @Ford. They don’t care

Anyone wondering why @Ford EV sales are so much lower than expected? Over 8 months ago was told via recall to not charge my @Ford or risk a house fire. Still have not received ANY word on timing of a fix from @Ford. Buyer beware if you are considering an @Ford EV vehicle
