Dear Tun, We are grateful for all the good you have done for Malaysia - & upset for the bad things too. That’s history, & history will judge you fairly. But now, with all due respect, kindly take a step back. Spend time with your grandchildren & great-grandchildren. You’ll be turning 100 in just a few days - that’s an incredible milestone, Tun! Look at Indonesia’s past President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) - after his presidency, he now enjoys his golden years peacefully with his family, taking his grandkids to beaches & parks, staying out of the daily political cycle. That’s leadership with dignity. - About your "Bapa FDI" sarcasm- RM329.5 billion in approved FDI last year alone - real factories, real jobs, real supply chains for our people. This is the same approach you used to industrialise Malaysia decades ago - just that today’s focus is semiconductors, EVs, green tech & AI, not just car assembly lines. Local workers, engineers & SMEs are the biggest winners if we do this right. Sarcasm won’t build factories - smart policy will. Tun, you never liked anyone telling you how to run the country during your time. In fact, at one point you even insulted Bapa Merdeka, Tunku Abdul Rahman, just to keep your position & views intact - that’s a fact. Let’s not forget too - you were the one who brought DSAI under you, groomed him, & then sacked him when it suited you. We really don’t know what is going on between the both of you until today - but one thing is clear- your words & actions show you’re totally against him, no matter what he tries to do. Tun, don’t forget - the Rakyat’s tax money is still being used today to repay billions in yen loans taken during your era & just last month, taxpayers again had to sponsor nearly half a million ringgit for your delegation’s Japan trip - that’s a reality too. So with respect, Tun - let the new generation & young youth take charge of this country’s future. Finally, my advance heartfelt birthday wishes to you, Tun. May you be blessed with good health, peace of mind, & precious moments surrounded by your family, grandchildren, & great-grandchildren. You’ve lived an extraordinary life - spend these years watching your legacy from a place of calm, not constant conflict. Tun, let Malaysia move forward - that would be your true final gift to the nation.

BAPA FDI 1. Hooray. 2. Now Italy “is set to invest RM8.13 billion in Malaysia”. Great! 3. Wait for France and Brazil? More billions. 4. “Bapa FDI” is at it again. 5. Already RM680 bil. (BILLION) has come. 6. You cannot see it because the factories are invisible. 7. In the meantime Mahakaya have to pay tax. Not the Mahamiskin. 8. Somehow indirectly the miskin suffers. 9. We want more visit to foreign countries so that more invisible FDI will come. DR. MAHATHIR BIN MOHAMAD 4 July 2025
