@mnolangray It’s still a car centric island not well integrated into the fabric of the city. Dense? Yes. Great urbanism? No.
@mnolangray Some friends and my sister lived there in the '80s and early 90s, in both towers and townhouses. Units were spacious, had tons of natural light, and nice hardwood floors. Great location - amid so much, lots within walking distance. I'd live there today, if I had to live in LA.
