Be mindful of your old habits. Toxic behavior and negative energy have a way of creeping back into your life when you're doing better. Make a conscious effort to boot them out once and for all. Be firm. Be conscious. The peace you have now, was worth everything you lost.

Social media is an energy exchange. That’s why some of you are physically, mentally and emotionally drained. Your energy is sacred and should be protected. Pay close attention to who and what raises and lowers your frequency. It’s not information overload. It’s filter failure.

Surviving is easy. That’s pure instinct. The hard part is living with the things you’ve had to survive. All emotions, even those that are suppressed/unexpressed, have physical effects that will keep showing up in your present. So when I say “make peace with your past” I mean it.
