Whether you like @elonmusk or not, if you were a shareholder that approved this performance based compensation back in 2018, it would be unethical in my opinion to now change your vote based on Elon’s politics or current behavior or even current perceived lack of focus on @Tesla.

@28delayslater @elonmusk @Tesla It was a deal between shareholders and Elon: You get to enjoy the performance metrics the company and the stock hit. In return, Elon gets the comp package you approved. You got your side of the deal. He didn’t. As much as I dislike him now, I will vote yes to keep my word.
