@esrtweet Sounds good. Gentoo has a wiki entry on it which is somewhat outdated but might come in handy. Ultimately, and since autodafe intervenes after libtool generation by configure, this will boil down to the rlibtool symlink: make LIBTOOL=rlibtool MAKE="make LIBTOOL=rlibtool"

@jasonrohrer: ran into your story from about a year ago, so there... we switched to Pagure (open source code forge, pagure.io, with awesome help from @Det_Conan_Kudo) earlier this year, and haven't looked back ever since. dev.midipix.org.
@ikey_doherty Seems like a really nice project! If you're looking for a modern way to (cross-)build autotools-based software, make sure to check out git.foss21.org/slibtool (and dl.foss21.org/slibtool) -- written in C, faster than the original, no installation of .la files, and well-tested.
@johnregehr @whitequark @samth For the highest timer- and wait-resolution you should be using the Native API, not the WIN32 interfaces. Other than that, a timer would not always give you the best results or performance; consider creating a notification event object, then wait on it with a fine-grained timeout.
I'm looking for paid contracts. I'm good at C development, Unix software architecture, constrained resources, and cutting through nonsense to focus on important problems. I want to bring value and get things done. Please RT.

@truekonrads in libntapi (git.midipix.org), functions ending with _v1 and _v2 correspond to pre-6.0 API vs. 6.0-or-later API.

@truekonrads the oldest supported version is XP, service pack 3; as an aside, the code is likely to work also on W2K (NT 5.0).
