@KeystoneWallet This is a lesson in limiting what connected apps can reach. I would audit every app, revoke unused tokens, set expiry on access, and alert on bulk exports of customer details. How often do you review connected apps?
@suraj_sharma14 Stage 7 is the one builders skip, and clients feel it first. A tool call with too much scope can do real damage before anyone notices. I would add least privilege permissions, approval for external actions, and a log showing which agent did what. Which guardrail first?
@yuliaisc Self hosting n8n is only half the saving. In client work the cost shows up in maintenance, failed runs and unclear ownership when a workflow breaks at 2am. I would price the support and monitoring, not just the licence. Which costs more, building or keeping it running?
@coinbureau The rail matters less than the control around it. A million more transactions only works with a spend limit, an approved payee list, and a full audit trail for every payment. Would you let an agent pay from a wallet with no daily cap?
@theo A 1.7x drain is the kind of cost that kills an agent workflow quietly. I would track usage per task, not per day, and stop a run when it passes a cost cap before it touches a client system. Do you budget agent runs by outcome or by time?
@Bouazizalex Recording a real reconciliation is the right starting point, but the edge cases decide whether it survives. I would keep a clear exception queue, a check against the ledger before posting, and a human sign off for partial payments. Which exception still needs a person?
@PracticalEcomm@EcommerceBoy@Shopify@vercel For a store, an AI shopping agent only helps if stock and price are exact at checkout. I would sync inventory in real time, block an order when an item is out of stock, and keep a human review for refunds. What breaks first for most stores, stock data or checkout?
@Polymarket You can stop an unauthorized decision if the agent never gets the authority in the first place. I would cap amounts, require approval above a threshold, and log every action with the source record. Who should approve a payment the agent proposes, the owner or a second person?
@liambraus Self hosted control is attractive, but for a business inbox the risk is the reply sent without a check. I would use explicit opt in, human review for bookings and payments, and a fallback if a number is flagged. Would you put a client number on it before that guardrail exists?
@RoundtableSpace Recording once is a strong start, but in client work the real test is what happens when a form changes or a step fails. I would gate every skill on a check of the real CRM or calendar record before it sends anything. Booking or invoice first?
@rowancheung Shared workflows are only useful when the prompt and the steps travel together. A workflow without its prompt is hard to repeat, and a prompt without its workflow is hard to trust. Publishing both is what makes it reusable.
@rowancheung Monitoring is useful, but the filter is the real product. A routine that keeps only cases with a named task, tool and result beats a feed of hype. That is the difference between watching AI and learning from it.
@rowancheung Speed is only a moat when the system behind it holds up. Moving fast with broken handoffs just ships mistakes sooner. The advantage is a workflow that stays correct at speed, not speed alone.
@make_hq Policy controls only help if owners can actually see them working. A governance model should show who approved what, and when. Without that record, policy is just a promise.
@make_hq Most automation starts with the wrong map. Showing how work actually runs across systems is the real starting point. The next automation should follow the evidence, not a guess about the bottleneck.
@Shopify@benjaminsehl Search finds products, shopping needs proof. Stock, price, delivery and returns have to be live before the agent acts. That is the gap between a helpful search and a completed order.
@n8n_io@JensenHuang@nvidia Local control changes the trust question completely. When the model and the workflow run on one box, data does not need to leave the business. The remaining job is still the same: limit what the agent can touch.
@make_hq Transparency is the right direction, and it needs to go one step further. A client should be able to trace any agent action back to its trigger and data source. That trace is what turns a clever workflow into a system a business can trust.
