@Cleartrip Totally chaotic and disconnected services by Cleartrip. There staff and agents don't know procedures and are not following airline policy. Making it hard to receive refund after 24 hour airline cancellation policy. #CleartripChor

@USAndIndia Trying to get a Dropbox appointment since last four months. Will really appreciate if slots can be opened up more consistently, currently it seems they are at random and one has to be very lucky to find it , additionally logging in 3-4 times a day locks us out.

Consumers never subscribe to these service. Vi group still charges them and make them send messages for which they charge again. This is fraud

@ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago - Vi group has been charging for fake subscriptions. They auto activate fake services and deduct money from prepaid consumers. Worried about our elders who might not take a note of what these cheaters are doing. Requesting attention

@jagograhakjago Vi group auto subscribes customers to fake services. They charge you heavily after sending this message in a couple hours. They have scammed our elders and lesser educated customers for days doing this

Sir, I am travelling from Delhi from train no 12172. The train has become over 3.5 hrs late in travelling just 65 kms. Extremely disappointing service which is far from global standards @indianrailway__ @RailMinIndia
