May not have won, but it was fun to throw my hat in the ring nonetheless. Excited to play these games when they release!

Seriously debating web comic. Gonna do a writing stream later today where I write the first script, check it out if you're interested.

I don't wanna code I just wanna play Kirby

A look at the main lead for a horror game set in Chernobyl. Designed him some months ago with the idea that each level would have a different outfit. one being s scientist garb, the other a uniform used in the day, and a final one with red skin due to radiation.

Hi, I know you probably haven't heard from me in nearly 2 months but does this strike fear into your hearts?

This is probably the hardest starter Pokémon choice in a long while

Here's a few images of the demo just to show how it looks. As you can see I'm not even good at my own game.

Well, I have two options for my next big project, either finish an old 2D horror platformer game, or write an entire stage musical about vtubers. Which is also a horror. Or I could just look for a job.

Surprising no one, I spent the day in bed watching youtube. Good times.

Well, the game demo is submitted. Now is the waiting game. I may post every once in a while if I do something more like adding bosses. But there will be updates on other game ideas I've got. So stick around if you wanna see those.

There's a few things I want to iron out, but for the most part, I'm ready to submit it today. Which means only one thing to me. Sleep.

In the final tweaking stages. Creating waves and final works. I can see the end of the tunnel.

Gee, I wonder why this thing isn't working, I swear everything is coded right. It's driving me nuts! Mis-Spelled variable:

Added the thing that makes this what it's supposed to be. randomly selecting rooms makes it halfway to the rouge-like I'm pitching it as. Though all it does is pick from a number of pre-made rooms rather then generate them randomly.

@goldenskull10 it'll be better when someone else does the background. my pixel art experience is in characters at the moment.

Title Screen is done! Very simple. But I'm glad I was able to finish it off. I got the FT logo off the switch game's website. Works well.

Damage is in. Not bothering adding it to enemies. Maybe if this goes full version I will. otherwise. I think the player/enemy state machines are done for the demo. What's left is adding a new enemy, and the levels. along with doing the enemy wave spawner.

Started to do spike traps. Things are going really well. Haven't even needed a tutorial yet as I already know what I need. Look ma! I'm a game dev!

Attacks are in, they work. They deal the damage I want, they attack only the enemy the hitbox HITS. I can easily swap things out for dealing with different attacks and enemies. Everything is coming up Milhouse!
