Who says Monday’s can’t be fun? Today we dove deep into learning about Europe! Students learned French words, painted The Starry Night and became familiar with famous landmarks in London. 🎨
I'm gutted by the loss of Paul Farmer. Reading MBM and Paul's own work changed my life and teaching forever. The impact that Paul had on my students and I is profound and we're going to spend decades doing work that repays him and his ideals. pih.org/article/rememb…

Today I’m thankful for my Wednesday night class that gives me time to reflect on my beliefs. I believe children are capable, curious and brave. I believe that teachers are creative, intentional and inspiring. I believe Education is essential, magical and powerful. @ButlerCOE
Reflecting during winter break of my first semester of student teaching. So thankful for the 20 amazing kiddos that made my heart grow 20 times bigger! Can’t wait to start another semester of student teaching at @IPSMcClellan91 in January!
Tonight we celebrate w/our @ButlerCOE elementary seniors who finished 1 of 2 semesters of student teaching. Incredibly proud…these educators jumped into classrooms like pros despite a year + of virtual learning. My HR school friends-get these candidates early. They’re amazing.
