It’s extremely difficult to do great work in fear. Fight or flight blocks logical and creative reasoning. This is why org health is paramount, and critical to the bottom line. These things are not separate, they’re parts of the functioning whole.

@slightlylate @gavindoughtie I'll add it's possible to get back to a 15MB monstrosity with *any* stack today. Critical what you choose allows setting perf budgets & alerting so you avoid regressing on a good baseline. Far too easy to `npm install` the world.
