No-signaling: people assume control where there’s randomness. (Alice’s outcome is unchosen. No message to send.) Correlation enables inference when you know the structure. It enables communication only when someone controls the outcome. Monty controls. Alice doesn’t.

Hard agree. In the social media age, speed and responsiveness were rewarded. Attention spans dropped. Ambiguity was tolerable because human systems smoothed it out. Today, shallow reading can result in an agent writing 1000 lines of irrelevant slop. meheryar.substack.com/p/reading-is-a…

@mattwensing I start out with a phase wise plan, but often based on what each delivered phase looks like extend or revise the plan with what I learned from the most recent step. The end result is much better than "build all phases of this plan"

@Ashwinizer Family members / occupants can vary from month to month, sq ft stays the same. So it's not as precise but it is predictable and more importantly non gameable. Which is an important property for any such collection or allocation.

@wadefoster I call this "Adversarial Cooperation". AI is incredibly useful, but without you challenging it, its not as helpful. Ultimately if you just want someone to agree with you, thats fine. If you want someone to sharpen your thinking, forcing it to disagree is the only way.
