Myo-inositol and magnesium l-threonate has been the perfect sleep stack for me. Truly appreciate these recommendations. Also, for side sleepers, I highly recommend a pillow between knees AND a pillow for hugging against the chest (especially if you have back pain like I do). Apigenin, which you recommended elsewhere, felt like it messed up my hormones.

Is their strategy just simple projection? The op-eds and calls to edit the constitution for packing the SC and dismantling the electoral college all come from the left. The demand to rein in free speech through thinly veiled censorship is inseparable from the Democratic Party. The Biden-Harris admin blatantly weaponized the DoJ against their political enemies.

@esaagar Exactly. They’re just upset that people are turning on DEI as a concept because it is in many cases unconstitutional. And Kamala’s embrace of those ideas is one of her biggest electoral weaknesses
