moving to a walkable city is one of the best things i ever did actually
been walking sooooo much lately. like i can feel my thighs/butt being constantly sore but it's a good kinda pain so i just keep going :)
compulsion rly got the best of me during finals but !!! today is my last day of uni for the year so it should be easier to control myself now :)

kinda struggled today... for some reason i started getting rly rly hungry earlier than usual so i broke my fast before getting to 20hrs :/
feels like such a silly goal cause i used to do it so easily but now i gotta build the habit all over again 🙃🙃
my first goal is to get myself used to 24hr+ fasts again :/
i feel like such a failure tbh cause i lost all the progress i had made over the past months... uni has been driving me crazy but i shouldn't have used that as an excuse to just let myself binge 3x a week 😭 i wanna kms
broke my fast w mcdonalds today 🤣 it's ok tho cause it gave me more motivation to start increasing the length of my fasts
oh also i had some wine after dinner... god how i wish someone would find a way to make 0 cal wine 😭
i wouldn't call it an omad cause i had dinner first and then some chocolate like an hour later but i'm keeping my eating intervals small so it's all good !!
