@soundboy @BBCr4today Heard it! Reminded me of that conversation we had over a beer after EF pitch day 6/7 yrs ago. If AI kills trust in electronic information (especially if security is breached) internet is useless and so is electronic information like bank balances!

@DocuSign probably worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. Disaster - how do you maintain market share!?

Who else thinks the membership of a political party are the best barometer of what NOT to do and should be nowhere near a leadership election?!

Funny to see how many privately educated members of the media don’t distinguish between grammar and comprehensive schools!

@davidsmuir Funny to think Cameron probably felt when he left that he might go down as one of the worst PMs in recent history. Success is a relative game.

@SkyUK so one of your team calls me about a service issue. I ask to close that account and say last time I tried you hung up on me. He says no problem and puts me on hold - 15mins later the message says your closed and hangs up on me again! What a joke!

@HMRCcustomers Yes but you need an online account access otherwise they send you a letter to the address on the system which is no longer correct - see the problem!

@HMRCcustomers I phone and you ask me if I want to do customer survey because you’re committed to customer service. Then say you’re busy and hang up - seriously I thought it might be 1 Apr! Given if I don’t use you I eventually go to prison is this acceptable?
