@2KSupport What's the point of doing these Quests if it will just make my Player not even load? I completed the Penthouse quest, now every time I try to load my player, it kicks me out. Please don't tell me I wasted my time on this! #2k22 #NBA2K22

So, last time I post about @WalmartCanada (who's blocked my BTW without any resolution). Been waiting for over half an hour for my pick up. Parking lot full of folks waiting to get their order too. Really efficient!

@AskPlayStation hey there. Everytime I try to use the ps app to send a msg, it erases all my open parties on the app and the console for several days. Is this a known issue?

@AskPlayStation help! My game base doesn't show any of the parties I was in before and I can't create new parties either.

@AskPlayStation Hi I could definitely check when I'm back home but when I try to open a party, it says cannot create party. I also don't see any of the existing parties I'm apart of, even on the PS App.

@PurolatorHelp hello, have two issues. Monday I got a notification that the delivery was at my door, but nothing there. No door ring or anything. Assume it's a lost/stolen package now. Today had another delivery and asked in the comments to ring the bell. No ring of course.

@TheresaLongo @PatForanCTVNews Yup the toll free number I called and spoke to a total of 7 people were based out of India. That's not the problem, I sent a request from the Walmart site for a callback, multiple managers promised a call back and last night, another manager just told me to wait for a call back.

@PatForanCTVNews Please help! Walmart refuses to escalate my situation anymore as it's sitting with Head Office, and they haven't contacted me back since Nov 18. Walmart Canada even blocked me because I've been asking for help. Spoke to 4 Supervisors, no resolution.

Hey @walmarthelp @WalmartCanada, is there a purpose of the number (905)821-2111 to call your Head Office? The Customer Experience mailbox has been full for a week, can't speak to anyone directly. The supervisor I spoke with yesterday gave me this number and it's obviously dead.

@walmarthelp @scarzonreplay Could you help me also in the meantime instead of ignoring my messages?

@faty_100 @reeca_air @WalmartCanada @walmarthelp @PatForanCTVNews No problem, they didn't bother contacting me so I'm putting my complaint in.

@walmarthelp sent you a DM but expecting someone to contact me. Unacceptable - 3 supervisors promising a resolution and it's been over a month now. As promised (which obviously at this point doesn't mean much), I would like someone to contact me TODAY about this.

@faty_100 @reeca_air @WalmartCanada @walmarthelp File a complaint over at the Better Business Bureau, which I will be doing today if I don't receive a contact from someone from head office as I was promised.
