@SEWhitehouse Chances are if you haven't even had an order confirmation, there is an issue with mails getting to you (e.g. junk filters) but we'll check for you :)

@colinquinn That's odd and thanks for letting us know. Can you send the details of your user and the items you've sold to [email protected] so we can investigate ?

@CrisTheHazard The tech team discovered an issue with payments that has been affecting multiple customers and so your ticket should get a response shortly along with the others. The team believe the issue is now fixed so if you want to try again, you should be good to go.

@CrisTheHazard We'll check with the support guys and feed back but if you can also check your spam folder as that can also be an issue in case the reply got eaten!

@IAmKatyLees OK, sounds like somehow our messages aren't getting to you. Normally when you mail in you'll get an automated acknowledgement to confirm that the support ticket has been raised. Can you DM us your order number and we'll respond here ?

@IAmKatyLees The support team said that they had responded when we checked so can we ask if you have received the initial automated mail back when you first mailed ?

@IAmKatyLees Thanks for letting us know. We've just given the support team a polite nudge. They have promised that a reply is heading your way.

@lawheroez On a related point, I recently discovered these and they make me laugh so hard. Every quote has one small mistake in it, but this is my favourite. Via @mysoti

@Skiminski That's not an issue we've seen before, but we'll get our tech drones on it now :) Meanwhile, can you DM us a screen grab ?

@OtterDeerlight We'd like to say yes, but because we buy the t-shirts in from a third party, we cannot say with 100% certainty that there aren't other fibres or potential allergens when we get to us :(
