Gridlock in #CharlotteNC yesterday after #Panthers vs #Saints. Took 35 mins from 4th & College to Graham. The #CMPD officers at 4th and Graham did horrible job, stopped on 4th side for 13 mins while the other sides repeatedly allowed to go. #CMPD officers made faces @ motorists.
