If you are an EdTech vendor that is thinking of using biometric data, or presently use it, then you need to look through this and get involved in the consultation. This will be vital to ensure you know what is going on in the UK and be part of the discussions

Whilst I know that I have been (and would still be) the product, as most of us are … I do have to say that I don’t think paying is that much of an issue … I just think the reasons are completely wrong and will drive this place into (even more) of a madhouse 4/n
